KKS_VR - Full VR support for the game and studio
🕑 Added 2022-01-30 16:58:13 +0000 UTCA BepInEx mod for Koikatsu Sunshine (KKS) that allows you to play both the main game and studio in VR. The difference from the official VR modules is that you have access to the full game/studio, while the official modules have limited features and spotty mod support.
Currently only the standing (aka room-scale) mode is supported. It has been tested working on Rift, Rift S, Quest 2, Index and Vive. Most other headsets that support SteamVR should work.

Additionally, I attached a new build of the custom launcher. Now when you click "Start VR" you will be able to start KKS_VR (so there's no need to create shortcuts). To install just replace your current launcher in the game directory.
Tip: Once in VR, hold the tool change button on your controller to see the keybinds.

There's an old VR studio mod for KK but you're on your own trying to get it to work. Try asking on the discord server. Edit: Never mind, I didn't see the reply. Good to hear you found it.

I'm really late to this, but if you still don't know how to switch to 1st person by now it's backspace on keyboard, idk if its different for VR.

I will probably not make any new plugins for KK/KKP myself unless there is no difference from the KKS version. Some others will probably still continue to develop for the old games though.
And how do I get KS?

I think some new poses were added in latest AnimationLoader update, Omega is constantly adding new animations so if you want anything specific then make sure to tell him in comments https://www.patreon.com/Omega_mods/posts

No, it requires dependencies that do not work in old versions of unity. There are some old VR mods for KK that might work instead.

is there more to the controls on the VRMod and studio? because the controls dont seem to work, ive seen the guide and im using valve index but there are no inputs and cant get past the main menu screen

Yes, but you might need to update KKSAPI, it will show a warning on game startup if needed.
