I'm thinking 2 rounds of Dexterity saves, and 3rd round Constitution. Let me know if that sounds fair while still being scary, or if I'm being utterly cruel here.

I'm hoping by making the crabochons slow, easy to hit and easy to destroy, it'll mitigate some too

I mean, if you're pinned down by multiple enemies, and each on has multiple crabochons to infect you with, it seems like you're pretty much fucked regardless of saving throws
