Pausing the Patreon until further notice.
🕑 Added 2022-02-28 23:52:42 +0000 UTCHello, as the title says I will be pausing the Patreon until further notice. The long and short of it is that I have not been working nearly enough on videos for the past while to warrant on any level other people putting food on my table for it.
I was irresponsible and dishonest about the amount of work I was doing while accepting money for it anyways, and even though saying so isn't enough I am sorry. This is on me and me alone, and it's something that I've needed to improve about myself for a long time. The Patreon will be unpaused when I feel I've made up for all of this, but if you have no interest in supporting me again when that does happen I will understand.
Thank you for your support, I'm working to get to the point where I deserve it again.

I'm so glad to see everyone else feeling the same way I do. I feel its relevant to say at this time I haven't ever heard any of the PST podcasts, just cause I really hate podcasts... so I'm genuinely only visiting and subbing today on behalf of the impact your regular videos had on my life. I don't care if you finish one video a year and then one every two years - I'm here for it. (Side note - getting the notification and then waiting during the premiere of the Surge 2 video was... well, I can remember it. lmao. It was actually that exciting.) Anyway, don't be too hard on yourself... I feel like I totally understand what you're going through in a way, because I haven't made new music in about 10 years, no matter how badly I want to. And we're certainly not the only ones. I think it's because of what's been happening the last few years that's made it harder. I haven't been working, so it SHOULD HAVE been the most perfect time to get my music career on track, but instead I did absolutely nothing... I'm also more depressed and anxious than I have been in ages. I'm really not doing well at all.... ...fuck.

Regardless of uploads, I'm here for you. Not just the character of Shammy but you. Your videos and PST have kept me going through (the current) worst point in my life. Your jokes and stories brought joy to the days that I couldn't find the reason to continue. I will never stop supporting you in whatever way I can. I don't know what's going on but I want you to know that whatever happens I will stand behind you and try to keep you up. You deserve the world. Even if you don't think you do.
