Gratefulness (WIP) (3 parts!)

There's a lot of nuance with this, and I didn't feel like I could get that across in one page... so I decided to make it into three :0!

Yes! Oh my god I hate it when people say things could be worse or you should be grateful. Pain is relative and I'm don't understand why people can't perceive that. Yes I am not as bad off as a starving African child. However, I am still depressed, anxious and struggle with basic things like communication on a daily basis. Being grateful doesn't lessen my suffering, it just makes me feel guilty and invalidates my feelings. There is no single solution to mental health and it bothers my biscuits when people think there is. Sorry for the rant, this hit home. Love the work
