I think I care way too much about what others think of me :/ Recently I met someone who hated me (mostly for some stuff I was not responsible for), I think it was the first time in my life I felt that another person really really wanted to hurt me, and that was terrifying :s I really like how you draw an arrow escaping from the circle of guilt / shame / negativity, I'll try to learn to do that as well.
