Why do I Feel this Way?

Same. I have no idea how anyone focuses when thr lights are too bright, the smells are too strong, everyone is talking and the chairs feel weird and i start becoming too aware of everything as I get stressed out.
Ahhhhh that makes a lot of sense Not me rocking up with my noise cancelling headphones and curling up into a ball in coffee shops for hours 😂 though it can be distracting
