FIFER's FIFA 20 Realism Mod 3.1

So finally, it's here! FIFER's FIFA 20 Realism Mod 3.1. The most complete mod for FIFA 20, and maybe, ever. Has everything you'd ever need, no need for any other mods (although you can use them!)
First of all, what about FIFA 21? Yes, FIFA 21 releases in less than a week for early access (October 9th full release I think), however, FIFA 20 modded is so much better than an unmodded FIFA 21, no debate. So hopefully, you can use this mod for longer than just until the FIFA 21 release!
Second of all, why did 3.1 take you so long?!3.0 was released on the 4th of July! Yes, it was, but let me show you why 3.1 took so long. Anyways, let's just go over some basic changes:
NOTE: This isn't the full changelog, there is so much more than listed here, but I can only write so much. The rest is for you to discover!
Realism Mod:
Improved transfer negotiation, the AI is less strict and will be more flexible with transfer prices
Improved transfers generally, teams now sign younger players, more players generally, teams now stock up on positions less and many other changes
There are now more GK transfers
Made some minor changes to player values to increase prices of high potential players
Added the compdata and language strings for the new UCL/UEL teams
Added the compdata and language strings for the 48 new national teams
Squad File:
Added La Liga realistic ratings
Added some real team tactics
Improved rating for various players, mainly in Bayern Munich
Added missing UCL/UEL teams
Added 48 new national teams
Fixed some kit issues
Many other general fixes
New Faces:
Added around 156 new faces
Improved quality of about 20 new faces
Fixed some new face issues
Tattoos:
Improved a few tattoos (like Rashford)
Added a few new tattoos (like Greenwood and Gabriel)
Regen Faces:
Improved quality of lots of regen faces to match the style of others, be more realistic and match the in-game face better
Graphics:
Added many new real trophies like Club World Cup, Audi Cup, Serie B, Copa del Rey, Coppa Italia, etc
Updated some national team kits
Added the kits, banners, and logos of the added national teams
Added the kits, banners and logos of the added UCL/UEL teams
Updated some banners to remove offensive flags/symbols
Added some trophy 2d images
Added real Serie B flags
Manager Faces:
Added about 15 new manager faces
Updated a couple of new manager faces
Face Updates:
Added 50+ face updates
Improved some existing face updates
Added a couple of tattoo updates
Fixed some face update bugs
Removes some outdated/bad quality face updates
Boots:
Added two new boots, Neymar and Messi's latest ones
New Menu:
Fixed a bug which caused the edit transfers tile to disappear in rare conditions
Fixed a bug which caused a weird visual glitch to happen when entering the transfer hub in rare conditions
Fixed a bug with the alignment of the line separators of the new email tile
Gameplay:
Slightly reduced offside delay
20/21 Kits:
Added many new 20/21 kits like Chelsea Away, Lyon Away, PSG GK, Wolves Away, Everton Home, etc
Improved some 20/21 kits like Manchester United third
Menu Themes:
Added the menu themes back, with a new format to make it easier for everyone
Backgrounds:
Added many new background mods
Fixed bug where using a Manchester United, Liverpool or Barcelona background would prevent the game from loading to the main menu
Fantasy Kits:
Added 60+ new fantasy kits
Other Addon Mods:
Added a mod that makes career mode start in the year 2020/2021
Added a half sleeve mod
Added 14 optional faces
Added 44 optional national team away kits
Full Euros Experience Mod:
Added mod that adds the full euros in career mode from qualifiers to the final
NOTES
Please read these, you will thank me later!
With the realism squad file loaded, the game crashes on edit player on the main menu. This is just a limitation when adding so much new content. To edit players, use the live editor on team sheets or just edit player in career mode, which works fine!
The Full Euros mod needs to be placed below the realism mod fbmod in the applied list.
If you want to use fantasy kits or 20/21 kits (or both) with the BLM+NHS kits mod, put the BLM+NHS kits mod above the other mods to avoid issues (although for kits that the other mods change, you'll miss out on the badges).
Optional face mods must be applied below the new and face updates mods in the applied list, and you can only use 1 per player.
You can only use 1 manager outfit mod without issues.
You can only use 1 menu theme without issues.
You can only use 1 TV logo per folder.
You can only use 1 Scoreboard per folder.
Most national teams and added UCL/UEL teams only have a home and GK kit, no away. This is another limitation, although for the added national teams, you can toggle a mod that replaces a certain (or multiple) team's home kit with the away. Check the "National Team Away Kits" folder in the "Other Addon Mods" folder.
Half sleeves mod only works with a certain combination of settings and a certain kit collar
The 20/21 career start mod needs to be applied below the realism mod fbmod
Squad file doesn't contain winter or summer transfers. Read below for the reason, and more info.
Why no winter or summer transfers?
We get asked this a lot, and it's a valid question. Here are some even more valid reasons:
It's a realism mod, the career starts in the summer of 2019, so the squads replicate that. Manchester United didn't start the 2019/20 season with Bruno Fernandes or Van de Beek, did they?
It's not a 20/21 mod. Although there is an addon for the 20/21 kits and to make the career itself start in 2020/21, that's what they are, addons. They are just for a bit of extra fun, not something huge or that serious.
Effort. It takes a really long time to do the transfers in a way that wouldn't have issues. Like, a few weeks. And if we waited a few weeks then FIFA 21 would already be well underway.
FIFA 21 is out so soon! So why spend so much time on the squads just for them to be useless in a few weeks.
However, if when FIFA 21 releases, there is enough interest for a 20/21 FIFA 20 mod, then I will consider doing it!
And, there will be squad files with winter and summer transfers made by the community that are compatible with the mod, eventually.
Finally, you can have winter or summer transfers if you really want. Either manually add them to the realism mod squad file yourself, or just download latest squads from EA (no summer transfers) or somewhere online that has both. However, not using realism mod squads will make lots of features not work, like added tournaments, new national teams, new UCL/UEL teams, realistic ratings, etc. You'll also lose faces and tattoos, but you can add those back with the lua scripts.

It's not too complicated, don't worry. If you've already installed a previous version like 3.0 or 3.0.5, just remove those files, and import the new ones. Read the notes section of this post for more info on the specific order.

First, I have. Load the new squad file. Those kit number issues have been fixed. Go into a kickoff Prem Game. Man Utd and arsenal have their prem font. And almost zero new features? Yeah sure, because 48 new national teams is almost zero new features. Way to dismiss hundreads of hours of work, thanks.
