Nah, Mia Rose has been permaban because she was sharing her account with others people, not because of her work as pornstar. Blizzard are pretty much open mind in fact, for NSFW stuff. If we take Whorecraft again as example, they didn't shut it down completely, but just "forced" them to rename thei porn parody to something less close to Warcraft (so now Whorecraft became WhoreLore). And still for Mia...guess who has been make as a easter egg into the game : <a href="http://www.wowhead.com/npc=46343/mia-the-rose" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.wowhead.com/npc=46343/mia-the-rose</a> ;) On the other hands, not sure a HoTS nsfw pic could won...guess they will look for a "all public" image.
