Yea, thats what we're used to. And that's why I don't think we're competent enough to provide study materials, cuz I'm quite sure that's not really a right way to do. But well, only the result matters

No, we don't color greyscales. Tried a couple of times, it didn't work well for us. We do flat masks right after sketch and work with that after <a href="http://imgur.com/fqp5MMB" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://imgur.com/fqp5MMB</a>

Will you ever do more process images? Like at which point do you switch to color over grayscale? Do you use color or overlay layer?
