Amy just needed to distract him long enough to him to calm down :) you never want THOSE eyes staring at you. I kinda based DLA’s/James’s human form after some 1970’s serial killers (cause all I do is watch true crime) but I wouldn’t really say that he’s from that time period since I don’t have a specific year for TEB.

Ughhhhhh this was such a good arc man. So freakin satisfying. And Ryder looked like he was losing control and having a panic attack to boot - did Amy only need to interrupt it or was there some contact healing going on? The dark hair was scary. I don't want to know what was on the other side of that, because all of those eyes behind Ryder were looking at HIM. Also, as much as I am glad that all of those souls (HOLY SHIT SO MANY) were released, I am glad that DLA isn't going where they are going. What time period was he alive? With the Jiminy Crickets it seems like the 1950s? Every time I read a chapter of this, I am always on the edge of my seat waiting for more 💗

This was SO GOOD!!! Interesting to see Ryder’s control start to slip, which was reasonable considering the exertion that he used. Excited to see how they get out of the factory. My bets are on them finding a window to jump out of XD
