Or, Danislava Iskra of the Svarogov dynasty as she used to be known. An ambitious young lady who chose the rough life of a [Templar] over her claim to rule.
Now she'll have to deal with a whole different kind of power tempting her. Her body changing and driving her almost mad with yearning for something... How exactly she'll try to manage her temptations is what you will be voting on this week!
Since Danny didn't get her own patreon post with lore tidbits I'll post them here:
Grafting: To gain enough power to protect Verakost borders from corruption [templars] need... special help from their dead God. They amputate their limbs and organs and replace them with prosthetics made from God's tissues. They believe that to be the only path towards true power without the taint of corruption.
There are some that argue that grafting is corruption by another name BUT who would listen to those heretics?
Cages: Huge suits of armour crafted from God's bones and tissues. Incredibly dangerous and magicly potent. So potent that it is impossible to operate them without first replacing most of your body with God's tissues.
They are a big part of the reason why Verakost managed to stay a dominant power in such a fraught and dangerous part of the world.
The vote:
The GrimLewd votes will be quite different form WaifuRoyale votes. Instead of picking two waifus and smashing them together haphazardly, you'll be furthering the character story more deliberately.
There are a couple broad paths Danny can go down. Each path, besides deciding the kind of porn we'll see, is also going to define her character, future and [classes] she takes etc. Each further Danny vote will also have multiple paths to go down, but there's no going back.
A)Path of the Degenerate:
Danny terrified the [Templars] or the church finding out her weakness, leaves the fortress and tries to find an outlet for her urges in the dockside area of the city. She drinks, fucks and fights her excess energy away. She disguises her grafts to remain anonymous.
She revels in filth, humiliation and debasement of her a [noble], getting used by the common folk. She eventually earns some sort of [degenerate] secret class. She lives a two faced, hypocritical life.
This path focuses on corruption and a downwards spiral through meaningless sex.
B)Path of the Templar
Danny looks within the [Templar] order to burn off her energy. She finds like minded [Templars] who help her control herself better through discipline and... Brotherly/sisterly bonding. She is far from the first [templar] to be dealing with these issues.
She finds beauty and inspiration in the augmented bodies of other [Templars]. Her control over her own grafts grows giving her more control over her own body.
This path focuses on body modifications and friendly sex. Plus it explores more of the Templar order and their weirdness.
C)Path of the Noble
Danny confides her issues to her closest [servants] who's been with her through most of her life. They volunteer to help her burn off her excess energy and center her.
She bonds more deeply with her servants, becoming more equal with them in the process. She finds value in her human body and connections and becomes an overall nicer person to be around.
This path focuses on loving sex and master/servant dynamics.

I am aware of what my fanbase is like haha. I'll be careful in how and when I give poll options that allow for lady dick. I do love it, but I know that if I give my fans a chance 90% of characters will be women with dicks. That was fine for WaifuRoyale, but in GrimLewd it wouldn't fit.

I mean, I think it makes sense considering the type of stuff Incase has been making recently. If you create a lot of art that includes a particular feature, you’re gonna attract a lot of people from a niche that have that feature as their primary kink/source of attraction. The thing that I really love about Incase’s art is the versatility, because there is such a wide variety of things that I find attractive in Alfie for example. It’s just that the format of Waifu Royale created this sort of vicious circle of gockification that will now inevitably bleed onto the Grimlewd series, which I hoped would be more versatile, considering it’s not primarily about women having sex with other women. Tl;dr it’s a bit of a bummer but understandable.

Yup, seems like the Venn diagram overlap of Incase’s audience and daddy issues ridden degenerates like me is quite small. Gotta rely on the Ghost fandom for that I guess lol. Seems like the waifu royale series really narrowed down the audience to fans of women with penises, which is absolutely wonderful, but I’d like some variety from time to time.

I do like the very 'Choose Your Own Adventure' style you're going with here. It's almost like playing an RPG! As for the character I do feel like Danny is perfect for showing off the 'high' side of things. The world is grim and dark but there are always good things to be found. The [Templar] path offers some interesting elements since we can see how far it can go. Multiple arms for some manner of blade-spinning [Holy Dervish], throat/face grafts for a [Marshal] role that focuses around making others fight harder. The noble one seems a little less straightforward but it does give off the more wholesome vibes. She understands her role and followers better to become a true [Lady of the Manor]. Anyway, keep the good stuff coming!

A1/A series just based off variety and the genre! Corruption is great. B series is great, is especially with grafting, but the degradation and taboo vibe is definitely a welcomed path!
