Be quiet hon, we're just trying to find a solution to keep your content as safe and easy to use as possible. I think some of your files are so heavy that they can't be resolved by browsers through the new host. So first please upload a small file, as I said before, in order to test. If it works, you will just have to resize the largest ones. Don't give up !

I've tried again with Microsoft IE and Chrome , same result : unable to resolve encryption of such a large file. Please upload a smaller one (less than 3 Gb) so we can can see what happens. On an other hand there is no issue with Premium Mega.

Yeah same issue of not being able to download 5gb + without a premium mega acct. firefox and chrome.

That is weird, I never had to use sync at all, have you used chrome?

Reporting some issues. Maybe due to the large file, my browser (Firefox) was unable to start download directly. I needed to go through Megasync client. It's ok for me, but for those who have only the free version they won't be able to upload more than 5GB at the same time. It will be fine to try wjth a smaller file to know if Megasync is needed or not.
