enbeffect.fx: added ability to change shadows/midtones/hightlight curves.
enbeffect.fx: new preset - "HDR". It will make the game slightly more clear and balanced. Now set as default. Can be disabled in enbeffect.fx by using "No Preset" in Color Preset option.
enbeffect.fx: you can now configure any color grading parameters being in preset mode.
enbbloom.fx: new shader "Glare" - highly customizable lens flare effect with 7 custom lens layers which you can move, change it's shape and change it's color. Successor of "SkyrimLens", which has been removed from CoreENB.
enbbloom.fx: updated bloom octaves config
enblens.fx: updated "AnamorphicLens". Besides it's name change to "Astigmatism", this updated shader has been merged into one for better functionality, including custom blade count (up to 16), rotation angle change and implemented chromatic aberration effect.
enblens.fx: new shader "StarLens". This is the successor of the old "Astigmatism" shader which will give more visible optic star lens effect. Has similar to "Astigmatism" customization options - change parameters like intensity, size, number of blades up to 16 and it's angle.
misc: updated ENB Performance preset

clouds & overcast & clearing & rain: major rebalance of lighting, sky and fog.
clouds.xml: changed 2d clouds size and layout to fit weather conditions.
