I'm just left for words... It happened before that a print or 2 came back before bc maybe the stamp fell off or smth (I buy them online, print and glue them so, yeah unfortunate but it happens), but never -
NEVER has it happened that I got 60! BACK without a note (which is legally required of them to do), some of them torn open, destroyed, and shoved in my mailbox -
I right away called the deutsche Post to find out what on earth is going on and why my mail just doesn't get shipped (I spent 450€ just on stamps so that's not a small thing) and what he basically told me was
"we're sorry, we'll try to find out what's going on and contact you in 2-3 days, "
which uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh not helpful, like really not helpful!
So basically, around 200 are still on their way, the remaining I'll have t redo (a lot of the prints are destroyed) and ship them again - hoping they'll make it this time...
I'm really sorry about that...

Ahh thats such a pain when that happens. I had a similar issue with some business cards. An idea for the future, why not send the prints via email? That way it would largely save on postage and the possibility of having something like this occur again? (if you already do then great!)

Holy shit. 😱 And I thought DHL/Deutsche Post was the only capable service provider here in germany. I had my fair share of bad experiences with Hermes, GLS, UPS and DPD, but never with DHL. I hope this issue gets solved quickly. 🙈

Wtf there must be a way to get your money back! They basically destroyed your mail. I'm sorry that they fucked it up for you. I hope that it'll be somehow fixed or at least compensated.
