Fun fact, the phenomenon of having something on the tip of your tongue is known as presque vu and it's somewhat psychologically related to deja vu. It's often characterized by your brain trying to be helpful and provide the word for you but getting stuck on the wrong word, like with Sean and "conspire", so even if you keep saying "no that's not it" your brain just keeps saying "is it conspire maybe? Are you sure it's not conspire??"
