I'm not sure if this is the right one (I marathoned (sic?) these Elizabeth's Diary episodes right after signing up for the Patreon) but I wanted to say that "orange starburst beta girl" is one of the best things I've ever heard! So hilarious, feels mighty yet humble at the same time. An aside about "beta"--Kevin Sciretta(sic?)'s character on a Magic Tavern Patreon ep of Spintax's audio book spoke to the study that proposed alpha/beta framework in thinking about wolves. Specifically that it's bad science and debunked, and Kevin spoke to what was actually happening in the wolf pack. Yet another instance of human (males) reading their own values into the social lives of animals. Scientific papers like that should have a sociologist or social psychologist reviewing them for unconscious bias when dealing with animal societal behaviors (sic!).
