You’re fine! Thanks for the heads up! Best breakfast sandwich idea: good quality bread, pan toasted with mayonnaise (butter can get too greasy), with egg mixed with chopped spinach and tomatoes and cooked into a disc. Add turkey sausage patty, layer of chopped/ mushed avocado, a sprinkling of salt directly on the avocado, and hot sauce if it feels right.

Big ol' everything or Asiago cheese bagel toasted to all heck. Medium fried egg, hash brown patty, melty American cheese, hot sauce, taco bell avocado ranch, bacon. OR brioche bun soft toasty, medium fried egg, salad greens dressed in a lemon pepper vinegriatte, bacon, hot sauce.
