For lower caffeine choices try white or purple tea. And maybe chocolate I'm not sure on the caffeine content in the chocolate but I can only imagine it tastes better than mud water. You could also mix a diluted tea with a caffeine free herbal for flavor. Love ya'll thanks for all you do.
