I feel like 'Hotel Room Six' could be a resemblance to Telltales' "The Walking Dead: 400 days", if that makes sense. Otherwise, it works really well

That motel has a creepy vibe to it, I like it. I hope there's no jump scares! Also just saw the twitter posts, wanted to say that I'm one of the happy few! Keep doing what you're doing.

All this stress, buying a new house, completing your next series (100 best games), getting married and you decide to keep both game projects open... Wow...

This concept reminds me heavily of Bill Baileys's bonus video in the Part Troll DVD where he rushes into various hotel rooms during his tour for the things that make him feel comfortable (tea and coffee making facilities)

36 adventures.

6 rooms 6 items 6 adventures 🤔

:OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yes c:

I enjoyed the analogys about Motels/Hotels

What engine are you making it in?

Looks great, I'd like to see what 'SNES' looks like as well :p Is the motel game going to be on steam too?

Everyone's think about a horror game when you said "it's fun to turn the light off", and I'm just thinking about turning on a blacklight and seeing all the stains on the bed. Mosaiccchh of zzzssemen.

That motel game immediately made me think of the great John Cusack film Identity. I'm seriously looking forward to that game. PS: Good luck with the house purchase, most stressful thing I ever did.

Bjorn van Rijszen

"Of course, during the story, it's fun to turn the light off." Bringing ALL the flashlights. Gaspowered generator with worklights. The works. There will be no darkness.

"It's fun to turn the light off." Dan, I swear to God, if you make a horror game I will cry... but I'll probably end up playing it anyways! Looking forward to what the future brings.

Simon Robinson

I must say that I am definitely looking forward to you present us in the future

Interesting artwork. I can imagine a 2D rendered Guybrush Threepwood in the foreground and it being a modern, gritty, somewhat Noir-esque Monkey Island. Anyway, whatever the game ends up being. It sounds interesting. Nice idea on the restriction of the whole "choose your own adventure" with 6 days and 6 items. Is there some cool story based stuff that connects the characters? Like...character 2 is running away from someone, and character 5 is that person and one of the items is a pair of binoculars by the window in character 5's room? Anyway...looking forward to it!
