What about my dollarydoos? 😂

Well, this certainly makes it easier, switched to euro now, hope it doesn't affect your earnings too much, although I seem to remember 1euro is technically more than 1 dollar, so you might actually get more, and I don't have to pay a conversion fee anymore! (Still have to add VAT tho so that's €1,21 but that's fine.)

Woot woot, pumped for other currencies to get added, though giving in Canadian dollars might have the opposite effect of what I want to do.

I used to pledge 90p a month in dollars but since the £ has gone to shit I'm more than happy to switch to £1 per month 😂

I have change to my local currency (£) which means i can also up my pledge WOOO

Quite sure Matt will answer better than I can, but I'm guessing it's either a staggered roll out, or creators need to opt in. I'm a patron to a few creators from the UK, USA and Australia - but I can only change this one from USD.

Will this happen to all creators or only people in UK (for example) or will they have to change it? You seem to be the only one I can change but follow a couple uk creators

We preference £ because that's our local currency, and soon Patreon will actually be paying out to us in £ - So we won't have to pay a 2.5% currency conversion fee on our Patreon earnings, which will be nice! But at the end of the day, it's your choice and your preference, we appreciate it no matter what. :D - Matt

Sadly it's only just those three currencies for now, but I think Patreon is working to add more in future. -Matt

Does it make any difference to you which currency patrons pay with? I'm in a position where I'm not charged a currency conversion fee, so it doesn't matter to me which currency I'm charged in. If you get more of the share in a particular currency, that's the one I'll use 👍🏽

Thanks Matt!

Is there one for AUD (Australian Dollars)?
