the problem with Dan constantly coming up with theories and stuff about what's going to happen is that he's a competent writer and chibnall isn't, so any theory he comes up with is gonna be better and make more sense than what's actually gonna happen

To be fair, nobody has been touched by an Angel more than once in the canon before, (since, y'know, that would make them "living to death" not work because they'd be too displaced from their own timeline) so this was simply an addition rather than a change.

Honestly don’t like the angels because every time they appear, they change the rules and powers of the angels! To me they don’t even feel like a solid concept anymore because people can change them to just make them do whatever they need in that situation! (And often those changes don’t work with previous episodes) This time it’s “you can’t touch an angel more than once”!

So your theory is that the division is the time agency from Loki?
