It took way too long to realise he wasn't talking about an actual canary. I was thinking "I knew he had budgies, but since when has he had a canary?". Then he described what he meant by a canary and instantly got that he meant Matt, but it took too fucking long.

After finishing an entire Film Degree, (With an absolute dick of a video editing teacher) listening to this is somehow both cathartic, and infuriating at the same time. Thank you Dan.
