I'm glad to hear Matt doesn't really get the souls games either, because so many people talk about them like they're an objective perfection but I just can't find myself enjoying them no matter what I try. They're funny to watch don't get be wrong, but I have absolutely no desire to go back and play any. It's not even the difficulty, I like a lot of really difficult stuff, I'm not sure what exactly it is but something about them just bounces off me.

I think part of the reason this podcast works so well is because no matter what they're talking about at least one of them has no clue what's happening. So when the listeners have no clue what's going on either they ask all the questions we have

Would Disney need to buy DC in order for a crossover to happen? Marvel and DC have done multiple comics crossovers in the past without needing to be owned by the same company

I didn't bother with the games proms, but I feel like some Portal music would be an easy win. Also, the music from Outer Wilds is arguably some of the best of all time, but tbf it's probably too recent to be considered.

I would like to recommend to everyone The 8-Bit Big Band for big band style video game songs. There was also a 5th anniversary orchestra thing for Undertale that gave us lots of songs from the game, including Megalovania

I suspect they didn't know? Rebecca is Non-binary and uses they/them pronouns so I highly doubt they all would misgender someone intentionally.

As someone who went to the the Albert Hall, my friend and I had a great time. I understand your criticisms, but there is literally no better feeling than listening to music played live by an orchestra. Incidentally, the Royal Philharmonic have actually released 2 albums with video game music which include GTA 4 and Tetris. Maybe if this happens again next year, they’ll be able to use more of the music they’ve already done.
