Can you help me improve pixeldrain?

Here is a simpler plugin for comparison which I have on my "Fork_this_when_I_have_time": https://github.com/A5hleyRich/delightful-downloads. Adds a backend interface to manage downloads. This could be extended to save files on the pixeldrain account (just a suggestion).

This is interesting. I'll think about it.
Maybe a WordPress plugin similar to https://www.wpcloudplugins.com/plugins/use-your-drive-wordpress-plugin-for-google-drive/ (that is a full fledged one, big scope - just for orientation). Might open up another user segment. I am WordPress dev if you need pointers.

I have tried implementing folder upload before. The browser API for this is quite complicated and not standardized either. I could not get it to work reliably. I have had requests for an android app before. I'm actually working on this now :-). I have never made an app before so I need to learn a lot of new stuff before I can really work on the app itself. Progress is slow but eventually we'll get there.

How about a little bit of metrics? Like showing the source of downloads and the counts per source? Country of download, stuff like that.

I think having a gallery mode or photo thumbnail view for lists would be a huge improvement, since I often upload a lot of photos as a list and it's a pain to browse through them.
