QUESTIONS and COMMENTS for Chris: What are your thoughts on the soundtrack for Alice: Madness Returns? I REALLY hope the music will be a big part of how the story is told, because personally I love to re-experience the story through the soundtrack. To me, an amazing soundtrack is not just a collection of scores and themes, but is something that.. 'contains' the story and tells it, and allows one to re-experience the journey, on its own. I'm very much looking forward to hear what you come up with! (:

I think that is/was the plan down the line, to make a whole set. At least I remember some talk about it. At the moment the artist are focused on concept art for the game, though (as far as I know).

QUESTION: On the first Alice, the music was based on toys and somewhat game related humming (loved the voice, can't remember name of the singer, sorry) the final result was haunting. I know is still way too early but, Mr Vrenna, are you thinking about something similar? I enjoyed the music in Madness Returns but I personally find way more fitting the soundtrack of the original. Thanks!

QUESTION: I’m not sure if this has been answered yet, but I do know you’re working on tarot card art based on alice. I was wondering if you were going to actually release a whole tarot deck on alice? If so I’d love to buy that deck. I’m a tarot reader myself haha

Thinking on it, for those in the US, if you sign up for the USPS Informed Delivery, you will automatically get tracking updates on anything headed to your address. This holds true for stuff coming from overseas, provided that the post office handles final delivery. You won’t be able to follow progress until it hits their system after getting off the slow boat, but at least you will have peace of mind a bit in advance of its arrival.

So glad I checked my email and read this when I did. Was honestly about to PM for tracking information. lol

I I like the dress, I feel like a nice little touch could be if she emit a little smoke like the remnants of a dying off fire. Possibly coming out of the end of her hair or from below the dress, or maybe even coming out from her steps?

Suggestion: it would be ugly but very symbolic heavy steel bands around her wrists neck and a ankles. Because with depression well anyone who's had it knows it. It feels like you're just being dragged down sluggish moving through quick sand.
