Rabbit Data Update

I'm just wondering if I'm doing things right to get the rabbit. I made my payment and adjust all the setting as you guys suggested, but the detail section of the billing history shows January instead of February. Is it what it should be? or am I doing something wrong?

Hi hi. There won't be an email for shipping information for the rabbit. There was a post a few weeks ago asking patrons to double check that their addresses on file are correct. If you need to change anything PM American directly. ^^

Nope. Only one time. Unless you want to continue getting the monthly prints if you do you'll need to stay at the $75 tier. Just a reminder... you only receive the Chaos necklace the first time you pledge not every month. You'll get a survey through email allowing you to choose which size necklace you want (may take some time for the survey). ^3^/

Hi! Can't wait to get the rabbit! Question: If I change my tier to $75 for only one month will I still get the art print and chaos necklace or do I have to be in that tier more than one month? Thanks!

i got the email about the $35 art print and selected mine, put in my shipping details, etc. i set my pledge to $45 for january and feburary to make sure i was getting the rabbit plush set. will we be getting emails to fill in our addresses again for the rabbit?

So when should we expect to receive the Rabbit plushies by?? I’m just very excited to get mine! 😊

Ok I'm confused af right now because I got my statement from the bank and for the life of me I cannot find anything saying that $75 was taken out but yet I go to my billing history and if says supported pay period january and it says complete. Can someone please clear this up?

Were you charged in February? If so and the money was taken out and it says complete then your good

I know you guys make these posts to try and eliminate a million questions about it, but I just want to be sure - I was charged on February 1st, but it says the "supported period" was January 2019. I think that's correct, but since your post just says "for February" I wanted to make sure I'm okay to now change my pledge. Sorry to add to the questions, thanks for all you do!!

I had to put my pledge back to a set tier amount from the $45 custom one to get back on discrod again

So I have been patiently waiting, still not yet received my Discord email?! I waited till the billing. Never got it. Waited till the 18th. Never got it. The email address is good as well, nothing in junk. Just nothing. Is there a support for Patreon?

It seems that for whatever reason my address has been changed. I entered a PO Box address that I own as I am often not home to receive mail, but now it is showing my address without the proper unit number. Please let me know what I need to do to ensure I get the Rabbit! Thanks!

If it's the same as the chaos coin They should send out another email asking to verify shipping information so you should be able to change it then.

I found out that I will be moving soon and I'm worried that I will move before the arrival of the package. Can I change my address to a family members address or is it too late?

it won't! in the comments above you can see that someone else said the same thing and they responded that it's normal and fine.

as Elaine said, you needed to be at $45 by the 31st up until the 18th, so sounds like you missed it. you'll be able to buy the rabbit on the mysterious store later on though.

My billing cycle is a bit off so I get charged on the 1st of each month but it gets labeled as the month before. I hope that doesn't affect the chances of getting the rabbit ;w;

Looking forward to the bunny, I'm starting to think you guys are going to have to start doing videos of evey step to be taken. Doesn't seem like words are doing it for quite a few people each time we have one of these goals haha.

I'm unsure if it actually set my initial pledge to custom pledge when I signed up, but it has me set to the $35 tier. I really hope I did that right. Gonna be heartbroken if I missed the bunny plush because of a tier mess up. *bites nails.*

I think I might have not put in an address when I made a custom pledge, I don't remember. And I was on the $1 tier before changing the amount but it says on my membership info that my tier is on custom pledge, is something wrong? I really do wish we can get some kind of confirmation that we will be receiving a rabbit. I'm really getting more anxious as I think about it....

When were we supposed to change it? Cause the last post I saw before said not to do anything until after the 18th... and it's only the 17th. So was I supposed to change it?

If you were only charged $1, it sounds like you didn't go in and change your pledge amount manually. American and team cannot change your pledge amount for you, that would be shady as hell. The $1 rabbit tier got you counted towards the number of Patrons needed to unlock it, and entitled you to notifications about updates, like when you should change your pledge amount and whatnot. It didn't automatically entitle you to the rabbit if you didn't change your pledge amount though.

I'm a little confused, I was charged just the $1 for the tier for the rabbit. Was I supposed to change it. I havent been really on patreon in awhile. I think I missed something...
