Queen of Horrors

I guess I am a bit late but still I personally really love the artwork of the queen but I think it is essential for the Design to have some kind of resemblance or connection to the look of the queen of AMA

I do like the new concept for The Queen, but I also feel like she may not quite fit...but the throne and her castle are very nice. I especially like the head of the King of Hearts being there, close where she probably can converse with it.

I agree with a lot of what you're saying, though I personally don't consider any body of government that is life-denying in policy and law to be among the forces of order, since they are denying the order of the universe/cosmos—more like the arrogance of humanity, lol.

I second this idea! I'm sure they probably already have some plans for the train, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was already something similar to this suggestion.

It reminds me of Jung's concept of individuation, integrating the "shadow" of our personality into our consciousness to become a more whole and balanced person. Often when people undergo some kind of traumatic experience, it accelerates this process of integration. Part of why I love the Alice series is because of how it explores the shadow side of our conscious self, the other self that dwells in the unconsciousness. My view on chaos is similar to the scientific views on magic: I believe that things considered to be chaos is just order that is beyond our current ability to understand.

I believe It's important to embrace the concept of chaos in some way, although that can at times be a monumental psychological exercise. The forces of order are equally inclined to bring with them fascism and totalitarianism. Personal orderliness is a fine thing but OCD can mask a tendency towards discrimination. There is always an underlying order behind chaos: the universe was created from such but pushes toward a state of balance. I wouldn't want to wish chaos/catastrophe on anyone but when we demand order we are more inclined to see chaos. Balance, rather than extremism, and therefore a greater acceptance of its riches. When Eris rolled the golden apple it was the pride and vanity of the gods that lead to war and order tends to favour the centre, the one, whilst chaos lends itself towards the cosmos, the many.

First thing i thought about the red queen: like in Splice isn't it? XD I like the mouth idea but the rest...nah...oh and a SUGGESTION: i can't be the only one who would LOOOVE to have some sticker (mainly for my university laptop) from Alice XD.

I thinks the queen is beautiful and in regards to this being a prequel I think. I think just a bit more guts though to kinda make her look more like what she will be. If I'm getting my time table for this right.

I'm not too fond of the Queen's look. It seems a little too far removed from how she appears in the first game, like they are two totally different characters. I do like the throne/throne room and that the King of Hearts makes an appearance (or part of him at least).

SUGGESTION: I think it would be really cool if we could use the looking glass railway as a mean of transportation. In AMR we see a few destroyed stations(in Valley of Tears, Dollhouses, Queens Domain), it would be cool to put them to use. So for instance if we wanted to go back to a different domain, we could go to a station, click a button or something and hop on a train, which would take us to the domain we'd like to go to.

The Queen concepts look good, but I'm not really feeling it for Asylum. + she looks rather "vampy". I LOOOVE the throne and throne room concepts!! They're perfect in my opinion. SUGGESTION: 1) EU friendly live stream soon, please and thank you ;) 2) I really think Asylum should have a photo mode, and in the photo mode the player should be able to dress Alice in all the obtained outfits. I don't know if this has already been discussed, but it seems like perfect fit to me. I would LOVE to play around with this, really take advantage of all the beautiful costumes and unique surroundings.

I love this design for the Queen of Hearts. I think it's absolutely perfect. I hope China can figure out the whole "internet" thing sooner rather than later. Otherwise, we might have to send Shadow Alice after them....

I love this look for the queen! It's like, you can tell the mask is meant to be beautiful, but it's just so unsettling.
