If you are referring to an order from the Mysterious Shop then we REALLY need you to follow up on that via our support channel (support@mysterious.design). And for the pins... you can do that via the same email address or via Patreon's chat. But to answer your question, yes, these things are sent separately :)

Well as of the 24th of June, according to delivery status. My enamel pins and LuLu earring were delivered. BUT! I only have the earrings and no pins. :( Were they sent separately?

I am still waiting on Pins (with extras) and the poster. I figured this would take a while so no worries! Just letting you know for time frame purposes. Destination - Michigan USA

I just got my March art print. Seems they are starting to make their way through in no discernable order as this is the first one I have gotten since December. My backerkit stuff came straight away.

Pins have been in transit for 41 days. Starting to think I’ll never get them :/ last one took over a month too and that was long before covid. I don’t think covid is to blame for the bad shipping.

I have received my Pins from March Friday June 5. I am still waiting for an art print I redeemed in February, tracking just stops April 17 and there is nothing updated after it. I just redeemed another print in May as well and haven’t received any shipping info (I never received a shipping notice for my February print either, had to contact someone to get tracking info). I am located near Toronto, ON. Canada

My keys, pins, and patches haven’t come yet. The shipping lost track of them I think since they’ve been in transit for 38 days and the last update is from May 7th. I’m a little worried they might be lost but I’ll still have faith it’ll get here eventually.

I recently received a survey a few weeks ago for my 35 dollar tier etc and filled that out so I'm not worried about that. Pins haven't yet made it here but I'm sure they will. The longest wait has been for a different 35 tier one that shipped April 9th in backerkits status updates. Haven't seen it yet but I assumed it was covid delays. I've always eventually received everything from Mysterious and patreon for many years so I'm not too worried myself.

I haven't gotten anything since before Pirate Jam, I don't think, and my pins haven't updated tracking since April 23. Fingers crossed they're just in transit.

I believe I was supposed to receive an email from BackerKit for the 3-for-1 Art tier this month. Still waiting on that too.

I have gotten an order from the Mysterious shop today (half of it anyway, waiting for the other half too) and I've sent a message to support about it as something came up with it. As for my Pins from April, I see on BackerKit they were shipped on May 24th (yikes), so I assume they will take a few more days at least.

I received my pins about a week ago, but the art print I ordered prior to the pins still hasn't arrived... I'm in the Netherlands. Hopefully the world returns to a more normal state soon...

Haven’t gotten anything sense the last poster shipped out before American’s Pre Pirate jam trip for checking everything. Which then extended to staying there till after Pirate jam. Pins/extras ordered with tracking has last May 7th update that hasn’t moved. Any and all posters just asked for tracking on them but seems they are stuck somewhere in shipping Chaos as well.

I've got stuff but not prints yesterday. I'm in the Republic of Korea.

I have received my pins, but I haven't seen a print since December. I submitted my surveys, but sadly not received the two prints that should have happened by now.

I don't think I've gotten any of this year's prints?!? Gosh what's happened. All my mail is either dissapeared or not arrived. :<

I'm in the US and I haven't received any prints in a long while, but I did receive my pins. I've been seeing people in the UK getting their prints from last month.

I ordered the pins plus an oméga necklace a bit before quarantine. They arrived safe and sound ! Thank you, American !

I had a print tube turn up some time last week, here in the UK. Looks like the survey confirmation for that was 28th April. So really not bad considering ^_^ Pretty sure the pins were quicker ^_^

Pins arrived week and half ago

I recieved my print last week from April, but I am still waiting on my pins and added coloring book. The last update was May 7 saying the package was delivered to airlines for transportation. Waiting patiently though. 😁

I haven’t received anything at all since March. I completely understand about COVID-19 though! I’m patient.

Also, Rabbit and Kitten ordered for a friend did arrive within 30 days time.

I did recieve the pins and the print during the last two weeks.

I have just recieved my second print as of 25/05/2020 here in Australia. $75 backer. Started in February. On a side note, it arrived the same day as the pin set. Other orders such as 2x Out of the Woods in December 2019 and recieved them Early January.

Most recent thing received was May 8th, an item I ordered from Mysterious on April 9th. However, a backer reward print for which I filled out a Backerkit survey March 11th has yet to arrive.

I can say I've been waiting on one I ordered in January. I know covid has really slowed things down though. I will wait patiently!

I was supposed to get a print (3 months, not consecutive, at the 35+ tier) and got the survey and answered, but never received a shipping notification if that helps.

I think the last print I received was maybe the Circus print, maybe a few months ago now? I honestly don't recall haha. Canada post was pretty delayed for a while even before corona hit 😅
