I prefer the left for a starter page to show the months in the year, makes it feel for gathered and unified; while, I would prefer the right for the individual months.

I like transparent. As per print to use, I like the universal trinity one as a past, present, future theme which suits a calendar.

The solid looks better. The red breaks it up more and I think that just looks better aesthetically

I think the choice might depend on the underlying artwork. I lean a little more toward transparent in general though.

As long as the main focus of the print is in the top half, solid is better

I would prefer the non transparent version, because (in my opinion) the actual transparent version looks kinda weird. Can't point out why, it just looks wrong. Maybe it would would look better with each month non transparent.

It covers more art, but something feels missing when it's transparent, so as it stands I prefer non-transparent.

Solids and a new print! Also, would these be the same material as usual? I'm not sure if a pen would work on the usual prints.

I dig the transparent one but solid is good too, I just like the extension of the picture in the transparent version.

Non-transparent but maybe a less “busy” box around it? Like the red points in the middle of the left and right side I think get in the way

I think it depends on the background print. The above example works well with either. Some potential images could look weird with transparent or "lose" part of them with solid. The Universal Trinity might be a good one...and it would work well with either transparent or solid

Really dig the transparent! It’s separate enough to see still but doesn’t distract or take away more of the art which is my biggest want in a calendar anyway
