I think third theory is definitely the comeback for M but he still doesn't get Justice because he ends up being ex fwb, but it does make sense that they're the same person because they've seen each other naked they've now done it and then it escalates to them doing it multiple times and now she's actually going on dates with other people because he's obviously into that judging by how he reacted in the jealous roommate audio so she's dating this other guy and screwing jealous roommate but eventually she becomes more intimate with this other guy which could be the V day boyfriend(D or L) and she eventually tells him like about the whole doing it with jealous roommate thing or ex fwb which is how he develops the whole cuck thing leading to that listener with C for the v-day friend
