I was having this issue with the Patreon app recently too! what ended up resolving it was deleting the app entirely, redownloading it, and enabling the push notifs I wanted—both the in-app settings as well as my phone’s general notification settings (in the “notification style” section if you’re using an iPhone). I hope that resolves it for you too! 🤞🏼
