It took me THAT long for me to realize I've been focusing on the wrong things. Working smarter is my weakness cus I'm not smart LOL. I also started drawing with my arm instead of moving my wrist which means less chances of carpal tunnel and stress. This has also been applied to my most recent comics. I've always loved doing art but honestly, this has made drawing fun again for me. 🧡💦
I really hope those tendencies won't come back again. Clean lines are overrated imo.

Oh no! 😅 I’m glad, though. It won’t be an overnight change. Day-by-day. We appreciate you.

I’m so glad you’re finding ways to reduce stress on your mind and body. ☺️ Keeping your art as something that brings you joy and fulfillment is a top priority.

Perfectionism, the great enemy of an artist. Working around those tendencies can be hard, but once done you regain passion for the work trying to apply new techniques ❤️

it's a good exercise i might to recommend to anyone who fixate on details. I can't speak for other artists but for my experience, rotating and zooming in constantly causes me to focus on details and lose my sight of the entire form. Plus, i imagine someone out there watching my streams is getting a headache from my excessive rotating lol

Maybe rotating the canvas is a good thing? Guess it makes different motions when stationary.
