She looks like she isn't present thus creating a sealed off feeling for the viewer. It looks like a comic book shot, it just misses the speech bubble.

I like this pose a lot, especially with the lovely Ada. Sophisticated and elegant. I agree adding a flaccid version, ideally with some short skirt/ protruding variations would be great.

In this case the composition is good. The pose is good, contraposto is always a recipe for a good model. Arm placement is good and the focus is on all of the juicy bits. Now would this work for Sorceress or Triss? Maybe not, but that's okay, this was a good pose for Ada. If you have some other girls with a similar body shape it could work out well.
