It really inspires me to create more and more. You are the auditory any artist is dreaming about!
I am reading all the comments and writing down all the game systems and suggestions you are mentioning so we can discuss those with the team and decide in what direction to go more specifically, so much useful information!

I have so many application so it will take me a bit of time to reply to all of you my friends :) Now i am polishing our final model - Aladon so we can launch tomorrow or max on Saturday.
Beginning from the next week i'll start replying to all your messages, sorry for the delay, release is always a tough time :)
Here I'll try to lay down the general thoughts and decisions i took based on your comments:
- Releases will remain on a monthly basis
- Number of models will stay roughly the same: aprox 10-12 high quality sculpts with variations on poses and equipment.
- New fractions will appear once in several months so we have enough time to create descent roster of units and Add-ons like kitbashes and Busts
- I'll do my best to mix releases and not having same fraction for several month in a row
- DnD integration will remain and hope to expand it one day to One shots or campaign once in several months
- Skirmish System will appear. We'll pick something in closest future and i'll discuss it with you.
- There are few more though/ ideas but its too early to speak about them
Again, massive thanks for the support and feedback, it really helped me to decide about our next steps!
Now i am getting back to work finalize the release, please continue to share your opinion its incredible :)

That is a lovely monster!! And @ ramino Carrasco Jr I agree about Battle Dioramas. I myself tend to throw left-over conversion bits together with the idea of 'metal album covers' in mind. so pretty much a flatter diorama.

Cool. I will support what ever you decide to go with. I just hope you add a massive diorama display base for each months models so we can have a monthly "Battle Diorama". Good luck and I'm sure you'll do a great job.

Not sure you need to pick one particular skirmish system. A lot of these games basically have the same faction set up: 3-4 common troopers, a leader, a secondary hero, and the rest is made up of a combination of elites, specialists (spellcaster, priest, assassin....) or 1 or 2 monsters. If I have do have to recommend a fantasy game, I'd say Reign in Hell or Song of Blades & Heroes, for being miniature agnostic, flexible and easy to learn/use.
