The year ends with stories that mix the present and the past of the players involved.
While the Green Goblin schemes are common, there are some oddities this time, and things might take a sudden turn for the worse. In the other hand, Katherine Pryde is (failing to) cope with her new reality as a sans-X X-men. Spidey plays a big role in both tales, but the journeys in each couldn't take more drifting paths.

You know this is the other reason I love supporting your comics I get new info about the comic universe I havent kept tracks of. I did not knew about Kitty's new development, must admit I will miss her Shadowcat A-ego, but woohoo Peter/Kitty action.

In either case, what is important is that Pryde herself believes she's not a mutant, and that is what's driving her in a bohemian, out-of-control lifestyle.

In Hunt for Wolverine: Adamantium Agenda, Tony Stark led a team of Avengers to investigate Mr. Sinister's cloning technology. They discovered that Sinister had cataloged the DNA of every mutant on Earth (for reasons now understood to be connected to cloning dead mutants). Although Tony Stark destroyed the database, he first saw that one of the X-Men has been genetically altered to appear to be a mutant. He concluded that the X-Men have a sleeper agent. But right now, it's pretty clear that it was Kitty all along.

@Blazen78 - The most recent X-Men run is about her not being a mutant. We didn't come up with that idea, Marvel did.

I kinda already did a foresight parody of it: MJ MAKES A PORNO. It's basically the exact plot of the AMJ series. Or maybe, the AMJ is a parody of my story, since I released it way before theirs. Who knows?

I love the Captain Kate cover. And since she's not a mutant, does that preclude her from the mutant orgies? If so, guess that's why Spidey is the perfect fuck toy for her

People have been bouncing around the theory that the reason why she couldn't use a gate is because an old story implied that she was a Neo, another offshoot of humanity that are supposedly to mutants what mutants are to humans. Anyway, I get the feeling that Norman might do to MJ, Gwen, and Felicia what he did to Carlie back in Superior.

Looking forward to Captain Kate! But where did you get the idea that Kate's not a mutant? Noone in the books have implied she isn't one and the fact that she can't use a Krakoan gate isn't proof. A non-mutant can still use the gates as long as they have prior permission (e.g. Cyclops' dad Jubilee's adopted son).
