one thing i have a question on is how do u turn the night brighter with the shader qaulity on very high it way to dark without the mod pack so is there aany way to turn that up so its a bit bright and easy also having a weird problem with the street lights some are white and then most are yellow

none of these work I tried medium settings enb and my graphics are set to very high and same issue black screen with tearing graphics. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling still nothing works. I then tried deleting enb same issue broken graphics with black screen and tearing graphics

This only happens when you install ENB but not the actual mod. Please carefully go over the readme guide.

Your issue is related to ENB which is d3d11.dll and I'm not sure how you can fix it. Maybe try updating or downgrading video drivers or disabling background programs. Feel free to join our discord server for proper support

Before I installed NVE my game works fine but when i install nve i get ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT. If anyone else had this problem how did u fix it? My dx version is on 11 and if I move it to 10.1 or 10 the game loads with nve bit is really dark and also using lspdfr

Did you try installing the gameconfig optional add-on?

Perhaps this is because of the server you play on using their own textures.

It's not needed. It only shows up if you install the volumetric clouds add-on for single player.

If I want to use NVE for the your ambient occlusion and shadows, models, para interiors, and vegetation, what would be different in my installation process? Are there specific files I would be able to remove to take out the purely graphical effects?

I updated this two days ago and added the option within the add-ons folder. It's called "Street Lights Pack". Download the package again.

Is there a reason you'd want to the thunder effects in a separate folder? They don't really take up more performance. You can remove NVE Vegetation for more fps though.
