Hi, I don't believe you were banned for simply using NVE as that is not possible. You should contact FiveM and inquire about your ban.

The devs just helped me fix this issue, I was getting the same error codes! What you do is press Windows key and R , type this into the box " %appdata%\nve " and then delete any files that end in .json (it should only be like the last 3 files!!!) It fixed for me instantly and I can finally load my shit up without crashing. S/O their devs on discord because they came in clutch

How do you improve edge smoothing when you can't use MSAA? I have the rest of the settings on ultra. FXAA also turned on.
