NO RINSE?? Okay, okay- I actually do that at nighttime since I heard it’s better. But all the time?? That’s how you accidentally combine toothpaste flavor with orange juice, or something. Wild!!

I love spooky roomie ;.; So supportive and carries that Halloween spirit all year long. I'm glad you enjoyed your woodshop project and lasagna!! I already told you how I rinsed my mouth (cup or hand as cup), but did you know some people recommend to not even rinse at all?? They suggest just spitting out the excess toothpaste then leaving whatever remains there. They say it leaves a protective fluoride coating on your teeth. Even if it is better, I don't do it because I don't enjoy the taste of toothpaste. But yee, take care of your teeth!! :D
