SPOILER ALERT. I have been in Pumpkin's mother's position but got out with my kids before he killed me. (He died years ago). I am appalled this woman was not protected from that monster. But not surprised, I got little help either. (Australia 1980's). How much harder for her in a different country and with a language barrier. I am so glad Pumpkin is doing well. Well done that group of guys. (And I never read comments before listening.)

I realize spoilers do appear in the comments ... but there is an easy way to avoid this. Listen to the case first, then read the comments. It's a bit like not wanting to know the footy result but then listening to the sports wrap up on the radio.. I think a lot of the time a case presented by this wonderful team can really strike home or touch your heart and therefore it can be reflected in comments. People wanna share their thoughts.. just saying.
