Thanks Michael. That’s good to know. That would have been an added terrible part to the story if she was also raped.

Just one point of contention with the Casefile researchers: the Casefile storyline makes it sound like the disagreement between the claims of the police and the 21 year old student about what position Anni's body was found in left the possibility open that Anni was raped. This possibility was ruled out by the forensic pathologist Janette Verster in court stating, "There was no evidence of injury (to the genital area) internally and externally. There was nothing microscopically I could find," adding that Anni's underwear was still intact and had not been disrupted.

I have never been to Africa, but I knew an English couple (white) who lived there for a whike. He coached cricket and football teams, as well as working as an electrical engineer. They told me South Africa is very beautiful, and they did notbwant to leave. However the violence in the Aparthied era was getting bad, so they moved to here, Australia. Spoiler Alert! My condolences to Vinod and the Hindocha family. The Cape Town Police and Prosecution stuffed this up. The evidence was flimsy with contradictory witnesses and any half decent jury or judge would have come to the same conclusion.
