What a horrible ending knowing that could have been avoided. She did everything right as well! RIP😞

Ruka

She was so clever and smart and quick thinking, and was so fortunate to have people paying attention around her and calling the police which so often doesn't happen. The information was all there, real time. What a heartbreaking end. And her poor father to have to come to terms with the fact his own department is responsible for dropping the ball.

So hard to believe that he risked following through with taking her life after all of the witnesses and inevitable evidence that was going to stack up….I kept hoping he would realise he was cornered and let her go 😣

PLEASE RERELEASE THE SNOWTOWN MURDERS. PERSONALLY THAT IS ONE OF YOUR BEST EPISODES

Megan

This had me screaming at my phone. She did everything right and it wasn’t enough. How infuriating.

Oh this case broke my heart, I wasn’t prepared for that 😒

Mandy G

Wow, that last part punched me in the gut. 😣😒

Hey team of Casefile! I have a recommendation for a case, Norwegian one that just now, over 20 years later took a shocking twist. Very intricate case, horrible and grufulle, but a lot to cover. It is usually referred to as the Baneheia-case (Baneheiasaken). Really scary twist of events, and the question of guilt is still quite unclear tbh. Hope you can do an episode on this case! Would love to help with any translation etc too! Such a grotesque case that is so familiar as I grew up around same area at the time. And I know several people who participated in the search for the girls and so on. Really tragic case, but so important to highlight a shady justice system...

Storme

What a sad story, she was very brave. Poor Denise, I thought she was going to make it 😞

Monica

So heartbreaking to think her main concern was her children even in the face of danger. It’s so frightening to think she did all she could, her father, husband, and all the eye witnesses and even Harold did the right thing and tried to help and yet it wasn’t enough to save her. So tragic

Helen

Leaving her silver heart ring in his vehicle is one of the most poignant things I've ever heard.

Thia case always gives me goosebumps. She did everything right and it felt like they were so, so close. Great coverage as always Casefile
