He rose from bed and headed to the door. No one was there. He poked his head into the hallway, only to find the area empty and quiet. Theodosius looked down and noticed a dark leather briefcase on the ground in front of him. Curious, Theodosius laid it on its side, unclasped its latches, and opened it up. Wedged inside and wrapped in cloth was the head of a woman.

i think patreon glitched and attached both my comment (and also the comment below mine from Conor) to Michelle's thread after the OP i was replying to deleted their comment. They were complaining that a half-hour episode wasn't worth paying $5 a month for and they might as well just wait for it to come out on Spotify. *true crime mode* Or else Michelle actually *is* the OP I was replying to only she edited her comment to say something completely different in order to gaslight me? 😂

I think they were trying to respond to Michaela’s comment and instead replied to yours, Michelle. When levelling a criticism of someone’s opinion, the author of the comment ought pay closer attention about who is it directed; for what it is worth, I am not suggesting I entirely disagree with their criticisms.

This is bonus content that you get while you're supporting a free show run by multiple creators. It's not like Casefile is taking your $ and refusing to give you content. They are giving you hours of free content a month, then giving you bonus content as a way of thanking you for a totally voluntary contribution of support. The $5/mo you pay isn't just you paying $5 and only getting a single half hour episode! It's you paying $5 a month to support all the regular casefile content plus the q&as, plus behind the files, plus this excellent bonus episode. Just because we live in a world where we now get lots of content for free doesn't mean all or any of that free content is owed to us. So overlooking all the free Casefile content and then seeing this bonus episode as not enough to justify a price that's less than you'd spend on a single McDonald's cheeseburger makes you seem either out of touch or entitled or angry or all three.
