I'll take a shot 1. Enchanter - It keeps the hair out of their eyes while reading and writing ancient runes 2. Candle Wax, Bees Wax and some of your own Ear Wax 3a. The Alchemist's Assistant - wasn't intelligent enough to keep up 3b. She then worked for Durandall for a couple days but then got fired because 'her figure was too distracting for him'

Hmm for the first one I think enchanters wear droopy hats (enchanters, sorcerers, warlocks, wizards. Down, up, right, upwards?). Second one I can't remember exactly but I think carrots would make good ear plugs ^.^ ( I think different waxes were the real igredients). The third one is the easiest. She was the alchemist's assistant.
