Hey Gisela. I'm a lab tech. You have 5-6 liters of blood in your body. Even if those vials they took from you were 10 ml each, that is less than 5 TBSP of blood each time. You would get that all back within a day of regular eating and exercise. I'm sorry your Ferritin was that low. Mine was 2!!! when I finally got a hysterectomy. All I wanted to do was sleep and I had 2 jobs, a lazy husband, and 2 kids to take care of. I really hope you're feeling better. We would never have known you had no energy!! Lol (you are the energizer bunny on steroids)
