Border Checkpoint [33x24]
🕑 Added 2023-07-24 10:00:35 +0000 UTCHi everyone,
This map features a small border checkpoint. That can be used together with the other Badlands-themed maps.
I hope you find this helpful, and let me know in the comments if you would like to see other similar checkpoints with different themes (urban, terminal, etc).
Thank you for your support!

The border checkpoint stands on the border between the corporate-controlled city-state and the Badlands. The checkpoint's three lanes act as a portal to regulate the flow of vehicles, goods and people through the city. The checkpoint is a mixture of old, worn out facilities and modern equipment and surveillance systems.
At the heart of the checkpoint is a small, utilitarian building tucked away in the south-west corner. Here, hardworking officers carry out their duties in a futuristic office equipped with augmented reality terminals. These interface stations allow officers to monitor the checkpoint and the surrounding border and main roads with semi-autonomous drones. Hand-held ID scanners quickly process data, verify identities and monitor incoming and outgoing traffic with digital precision.
The main building also houses the holding cells where those who break the law and the conglomerate's rules are temporarily detained pending further investigation or resolution.
Adjacent to the high perimeter fence is a small storage shed in the south-east corner. Although seemingly inconspicuous, this shed houses essential equipment, from advanced scanning equipment to autonomous drone units, which enhance the checkpoint's ability to enforce security and order.

A small three-lane checkpoint separating the corporate-controlled city-state from the Badlands.
This checkpoint is surrounded by a fence and it has one main building and a small storage shed.
