Pushy woman complaining about how "evil" Halloween is. Ends up angering a real witch that could either turn that woman into the bitch she was acting like or transform her into a demon of some sort.

Maybe a cat Tf in the form of a witch trying to find a new familiar? You could incorporate the costume thing too as in the chosen familiar puts on the costume and gradually changes over the course of the night?

I mean, Halloween is about the same time as Samhain. There are a couple of associations with Samhain that could be fun; the start of winter (bulking up, fur growth, etc), or the fact that doors to the world of the sidhe are supposedly open at that time.

Group of friends go to a costume shop early, each buy a unique costume and wrestle with tiny insignificant changes over the course of a couple weeks in their own ways. Then they all get together for a Halloween party and the changes explode, spreading amongst party goers? Wolf, Gryphon, Bat/vampire, dragon, feline, or anything like those.

I've mentioned before, what I love most of what you write is the character struggling with their changes; having new instincts, hiding fur or other "growths", heat etc. You've written so much werewolf recently (past couple of months) I would encourage something different but it's also your wheelhouse and I for one have never been disappointed in a werewolf story of yours.

I'll echo that costume TFs are pretty fun for Halloween. I also tend to like more traditional horror fare for it, so werewolves and vampires and the like.

Anything where people become their costumes is great, i like the classic ones like cat/Werewolf and so on. Edit: i also would love a potion tf, where a group of friends willingly go to a potion shop to get some realistic costumes.
