October Story Prompt - Open To All
🕑 Added 2023-10-01 21:57:30 +0000 UTCI know I have a backlog. I'm going to start working on it. What's one more story to add?
I'm doing something slightly different this month. This prompt is open to everyone to put out ideas - HOWEVER, it must be Halloween Themed.
Put a little like on the ideas you like and if I get too many for a poll (which I will open to the $5+ tiers for this month rather than just the $10 tiers), I'll prioritize those with more likes first.
Include whatever details you like but remember that I can change just about anything on it.

Two jocks dressed in a horse costume at a Halloween party are cursed after being assholes to a witch. They transform into horses and are suddenly attracted to each other. The curse spreads to other partygoers as they’re entranced by the two horse guys going at it.

A bit of an idea based on Veldman's first suggestion: A few weeks after Hell Week, on the night of the full moon, the ladies of the Alpha Delta Phi sorority learn the hard way that one of the pledges that they strung along and then gave a humiliating rejection is a practicing witch. Said witch uses the power of the full moon to encompass the sorority house's inhabitants in a curse that changes them into a pseudo-therianthrope based on each girl's spirt animal.

Sounds a bit like the second story from "Trick r' Treat" just with more irony and less wholesale bloodshed.

A werewolf has his first transformation in a werewolf themed scare zone at a theme park’s Halloween event and he’s able to spread it pretty far before anyone notices what’s happening due to everyone thinking it’s just a really good practical effect. It’d be cool if the first thing that makes people realize that it isn’t fake is his rapidly changing cock bursting from his pants and shooting a bit of precum onto someone who goes on to transform themselves. I’d also love it if some of the people who are watching the transformation are too intoxicated by his musk to flee once others start panicking

Trick or treater notices every house is giving out weird candy (Snuckers, Rooses Pieces, N&Ns, Baby Rudy's, you get the idea). They feel compelled to eat them as they get them, and each time, something small and new changes. By the end of the night they're a completely new creature. Maybe they turn in to what their costume shows? It's been done many times, but it's a classic for a reason.

Idea Two: A classic slasher style serial killer who uses tries to pray on some young couples, only for it to turn out this was a private place for the local werewolves to reveal their true nature to their dates on Halloween, where "camping in the woods" is more acceptable for private time - it does not end well for the hockey-masked madman, but it does prove a much better icebreaker for the lonely wolves than anticipated.

Idea One: A group of high schoolers/early college types bully a girl who is dressed as an angel for trick-or-treating with the kids she's babysitting - not knowing she's an actual guardian angel (a biblically accurate cherub - which is to say, a winged lion with multiple heads, one human, one ox, one eagle, and one actual lion) in human form, and after a rather raunchy bestiality joke that goes over the heads of the kids aimed at their animal costumes, she snaps and decides to curse them with a term as what it feels like to be animals based on the kids' costumes during a debauched party later, sick of the sexual hypocrisy. Bonus points if she's dating a succubus/incubus (sometimes people do need vice to break out of a self-righteous spiral, and the 'cubus doesn't care) and she "works it out" with them later (or during the inevitable sex while watching - because this girl is very much in the "can't fall if I don't betray purpose of being a guardian angel and nothing else" category).
