Also I'm amazed and wondering how Arisu managed to win the train game he and his teammates survived. People assumed that Arisu remembered Shibukis first game as she told them about her first experience (its probably most likely the reason) but correct me if I am wrong. In season 1 Shibuki told them about her first game which was the train game and how she was the only one who survived and how she managed to win the game. In the manga it was actually plants/flowers that were replaced by birds.
