Legally speaking, stealing from a thief is very much stealing in general, and while there are a few exceptions, part of the idea is that the items should be returned to the original owner if they can be identifies (so stealing a stolen car is still stealing as the VIN and title makes it so it is known who owns it, and the car will be returned to the owner and the person caught in the stolen car shared with theft, with the only possible defense being evidence that they thought they legally purchased the car, and even in that case they don't get to keep it since they didn't purchase the legal title).

Fun chapter, I was half expecting Shaymin and/or Mew/Mewtwo to show up once mc sprouted all those flowers and became psionic, thought Mewtwo might have been curious about who destroyed Team Rocket, granted he might still be with Giovanni. Thanks a lot for the chapter.

Good chapter. But you seam to have given the dratini two different names. The first time you called him shenron and the second time you called him Tiamat. Also you didn’t seam to know which gender the dratini or the larvitar were, flipping back and forth between he and she when referring to either of them.

I know you said that rituals are complicated for other people but he seriously should invest into it. Instead of more quick power ups for himself, he should develop more his followers i mean the named ones that are the most powerful. His personal power matters but his elite followers should be close to his level or he will have to take care of most problems and missions in future death worlds.

It's not stealing if you're stealing from a thief, so in any case, what he did to the Rockets wasn't wrong. Now he just has to take care of all those little ones he brought along.
