About the -less titles. He has: 1. Brainless 2. Heartless 3. Bloodless 4. Breathless So only one left from the 5 every Phoenix should get. As Spiritless isn't one of them. I think it was implied ageless is the fifth but I'm not sure. Honestly not sure what else it could be. Maybe there is something like boneless or fleshless but not sure how you would survive long enough to get there.

Hold up

Btw, we are already within the 24 hour rewind period right? Meaning, in less than a day Kazuki, Esmee, and anyone else associated with Priam will trigger their tribulations? I hope he doesn’t waste too much time though. It’d be ideal to give Kazuki in specific a buffer period. He might need the prep time depending on how tough his is. Also Priam may not hesitate to break some tribulation stealing rules once they’ve collected enough data 👀. I wonder how much juice a high tribulation has 🤤

_mori

He’d need to figure Hecate’s moon new first imo. Maybe if he does that, he can modify conquest’s merit to synergize with what is already there. No doubt it’ll cost a ton of potential though lol. Now might be precisely the right time to make those stupidly large investments though. Things too costly in the short term that could pay dividends in the long term.

At some point, if Priam has children, he’ll need to figure out a way to reproduce his achievements without needing his children to die. Or, if he ends up becoming a t9 race progenitor or something, the rituals that may be necessary to convert a follower to his race may be well beyond his field of expertise. Hopefully his dad or Rose will have grown enough (and survived up to that time), to help him with stuff like that lol.

Is Priam going to get his ideal skill from the snaherts? It was going to be ideal poison resilience right? These chapters really highlight the importance of non-combatants. Sure, it can be important to have a well maintained base of operations, but it isn’t immediately obvious what else might be important outside of health care, shelter, and logistics. Now we’ve gotten a small glimpse at how the Shamans are vital to their tribes, and how they can empower them over decades/centuries. It may not have been mentioned, but Gryphe probably has ongoing projects that she may end up passing down to her successor. Adding more ideal skills to their tribe’s legacy empowers the tribe tremendously. Less guess work and unneeded stats, faster growth, more powerful members every generation, etc.

“Gryphe just sent me the results of the genetic analysis she conducted on the cells left in Braato’s tent. The girl with him possesses [Ageless].” So they can test genes to figure out what titles have manifested changes in an individual, but evidently cannot learn how those changes came about. If not, they’d know Jasmine’s [Ageless] came from what was practically an extra tribulation reward. But that, coupled with Priam’s brazen use of his lifespan, it makes sense that they assume he has an assurance. He does indeed have an assurance, but they’d never guess it’d be a trip back in time. On the other hand, I wonder if him going back in time would give him ageless. His daily resurrections don’t have that effect because they don’t de-age him, but would this reward do so? Would that mean that anyone who picks the reward would gain the title? Or is there a minimum requirement for de-aging? I guess Priam can only try and find out. Iirc, he’s still missing some other requirements “-less” titles? Hopefully nothing dying can’t solve lol.

I can barely make out the three.

Poison resistance is next. Fortunately he has made very much progress in that one all on his own. So when he goes back in time and already has the ideal skill, it wouldn't be too difficult to convince others he figured it out on his own since resistances are his specialty. Then he could simply ask for whatever other ideal skill they may have of value to him. And he learns so freakishly quickly that I don't think the tribes would suspect he somehow stole their secrets when he returns for round 2. It may begin with suspicion, but once he proves how quickly he can pickup new abilities, they would believe he somehow figured it out independently.

PriÀm

Fixed!

Hemlock

Did Priam really just forget himself and say Bastard's name? Thanks for a great chapter

Pievalley

It’s cool to see the most adaptable champion compared to the natives

Baconwargod

I wonder if Dark Vision will synergize with his eye Mutation and give him some better control. These seem like physical alterations though so maybe not. I could still see it though. Will certainly synergize with the next merit for Conquest when he gets around to investing in that.

Nicholas F

Yeah, I can more see it from context than it popping out at me. Also looking at it on different screens/software means its not super reliable compared to physical test or color calibrated screen.

BelligerentGnu

The three is there, but it's far, far closer than any of the others. It's also a slightly weird shape with a flat top.

Phoenix told Priam that merging primordial skills is a bad idea

Zaim İpek

For Priam's development of his vision skill, this is a good start, but there are a few things he really ought to do to. The first is to find a way to merge this and his ideal aether perception so that he can passively observe aether with his eyes rather than having to actively activate a skill. There would still be an active aether perception aspect that goes beyond the visual, which he would "observe" omnidirectionally through his soul or whatever, but for his eyes, they should always be peering into the aether that surrounds him otherwise these two ideal skills feel wasted on him. Second priority, he needs to obtain full zoom and focus control/adaptation of his eyes such that he can telescopically look at distant objects and use aether to create a lense or perhaps directly bend space to compensate for the small physical size of his to collect visual information. In similar fashion being able to microscopically examine things is something to be worked on. And then of course independent eye control like a chameleon so that he can focus on things in different directions and at different distances. This last part is trivial due to his draconic vivacity. But all that combined should set him up for a good upgrade. Then when he has upgraded to a skill with more esoteric potential he can start trying things like the Byakugan having 360° vision and perceiving the motion of aether inside the bodies of others. He can try adding things like seeing emotions, intention, and desires as auras. We have learned that nearly anything is possible with good enough imagination and enough potential points to burn. Clairvoyantly seeing into the past and future or a person, place, or object should also be a potential target. Priam has seen plenty of earth fiction I am sure. All these concepts should serve as sufficient inspiration to further develop his vision skill. Seeing a person's aether move within them can tell you what their abilities are and what they are about to do before they do it. It would be extremely useful in a fight. And what if he could not only see electromagnetic radiation but could observe magnetic and electrical fields directly? What if he could observe spacetime and detect the extremely subtle ways the mass of a human body warps soace and visualize gravitational fields to observe invisible enemies? There is just so much untapped potential for what Priam COULD do, I hope he doesn't just do the bare minimum. I want to see him push and discover what's possible if he just tries every idea he has time for.

Disclancer

So 2 more ideal upgrades owed him by the final Clan? And the one more from the clan he traded the god world piece too? I'm loosing track 😭 (Yes I totally am a broken record ;p )

Custus

Thanks for the chapter!

Zaim İpek

The 3 is different because it's not really a color difference, but a saturation difference, and it's a very small difference.

Disclancer

Are those real ishihara plates? They don't match the pdf I got from med school, i cant remember if there are variations from the original set of plates? Also there are false plates in the test that are only ment to be seen if you have red/green colourblindness.

Zarek21

3 is the only one I can’t see….

Zaim İpek

There are not only different levels, there are completely different types.

Loggar

3 is more about focus view I think. I can barely see, but with focus or turning the test further from me it gets easier

PriÀm

Hé knows about Jasmind Title, but can't reproduce the effect ;)

Loggar

Priam doesn't know Jasmine or whoever Rohan said has ageless otherwise he would already got the genetics to incorporate onto himself

Andrew

Thank you!

pukeofhurl

I am colorblind but I can only not see 2,3,4 lol I've never really looked into it but I'm guessing there's different levels of colorblindness

LIMBO

I can see the three, but they are hard to see. Also, quick question: Did Priam block further attribute increases for vivacity?

Sam

I agree

bcd051

That 3 was hella hard to see

Derze

Fun
